This tool would be used in conjunction with the Golden Feedback Loop training as a quick guide in the field. This is to help remind nurses of the steps they should take to work their way around the loop. This document could be posted, placed in a binder, put in a quick grab location, just anywhere that it will be most helpful for both the reviewer and employee.
